Waters. Here is an original photo that I took of Pennsylvania Railroad property in East Altoona, Pennsylvania, during mid-February of 1966. Shown here is PRR engine #8943, a LS-25M built by Lima-Hamilton in 1951 and rated at 2,500 horsepower. It is parked under the East Altoona Coaling Tipple next to engine #9626-B, an ALCo AF-16 unit.
