Conrail (CR) 4894 - Altoona GG1

Altoona/GE, 4/1940, ex-PC, nee-PRR After almost 40 years of service, this GG1 was retired from active duty in February of 1980 and shoved into the scrap line at Enola, PA. Conrail conducto rKen Taylor documented its status in this slide two years after its retirement.
