Album Info:The Athens Line Railroad LLC is a shortline that operates the former Southern Athens Branch between Center and Athens, and the former Central of Georgia between Athens and Watkinsville. The railroad rosters a eclectic mix of older power: Former DRGW GP30 3016 in Hartwell Paint, former IC 8396 still in IC black, and best of all B&O 6525 in untouched Chessie paint.

Description:  Athens Line was up to their usual games again, this string had been pulled out from between Watkinsville and Center by the GP30, which pulled the train through town, after the head end was through, these units coupled onto the rear to shove the cut further towards Athens, after which the units were brought back to town and tied up to continue on another day.
