Upon departure this wheel got lodged in the 3442 switch at Lipscomb Street, derailing a set of wheels on the car. The FURX 830795 remained upright for 1400 feet. The derailed wheelset then struck the frog on the East Siding Switch at Birds causing the car to turn on it's side and come to rest in the middle of the Hemphill Street grade crossing. The derailed wheelset then struck the frog on the East Siding Switch at Birds causing the car to turn on it's side and come to rest in the middle of the Hemphill Street grade crossing.
