Viewing Album: South Africa's Rolling Stock - 2 Foot Narrow Gauge

Album Info:	In South Africa and, in fact, on most of the Africam continent, Standard Gauge is 3'6", or Cape Standard, while Narrow Gauge is 2 Foot. Most of these rolling stock served on the narrow gauge Langkloof route between Port Elizabeth and Avontuur, or in Natal between Port Shepstone and Ixopo.

The Type 2 wagons have tapered sides at the corners and for some reason this one's shunter's grab is mounted at an opposite angle to the usual. This one has had it's capacity increased by adding board sides, probably to carry sugar cane.
