The track in the foreground is the A&R main, to the left is heading towards Aberdeen; right of course goes on in to Fayetteville...where the loads will come from. New new track above ground (in the middle) and the secondary track in the background, lead into the Clean Burn Plant. As you can see, the middle track has no ballast yet and crews seen there are bolting and spiking it in. The background track is heavy with ballast, waiting for tamping and regulating. Clean is "to be" up and running January 2010 according to the news. But from all the cranes hoisted around the plant, they may have to put that off. |
