Baldwin built this 0-6-0 in December of 1917 originally as one of their switchers, Baldwin 0-6-0 #15 (serial #47291) Sometime in the early 1920's, it was sold to the Atlantic Coast Line to become their ACL #1156. No final disposition is known at this time but presumedly scrapped like several sister yard switchers in early 1950's. Specs - 51" drivers, 180 psi boiler pressure, 22x26" cylinders, engine wt of 160,000 lb and tractive effort of 37,750 lb. No date, location or photographer was listed for this photo. |
