CB&Q NE4 14627 at Wheaton, Illinois, on an unknown day in June 1980, photo by Chuck Zeiler It was built at St. Joseph, Missouri in 1888, originally Kansas City St Joseph Council Bluffs RR 6, then CB&Q 14627, then BN 11085. In February 1976, it was sold to the Wheaton Park District. On the CB&Q a caboose was known as a Waycar.
