According to the excellent website maintained by Jerry LaBoda on passenger cars, this one has a long "boomer" history - currently GURR (Grafton & Upton) 800128 - ex-G&O French Broad River, exx-PV Hampton Roads, exx-SOU 14, exxx-1, exxx-3, exxxx-2, exxxx-PULL Hampton Roads, nee-Valley Forge. It is a modified heavyweight Pullman business car rebuilt from Plan 3951H baggage - buffet lounge. |
