WANM arriving
Description:
Here is WANM (Waterville to Northern Maine) arriving at the west end of Northern Maine Jct in Herman. This series of photographs were taken at about 11am from the south side of the old MEC main line at the Coldbrook Road crossing. These cars will be left for the Central Maine & Quebec at the yard a mile or so ahead where they will be picked up by CMQ for delivery to Brownville Jct the following evening. This train will morph into NMWA and return this afternoon with CMQ’s loads from the Brownville and the Searsport Barnch accumlated over the previous 24 hours. /DL
