Title:  Getting into training
Description:  NS had a program where it would send around a special train to communities along their lines to train first responders in various aspects of railroad operations, haz mat handling, emergency response and other such topics. This was done with both classroom and hands on sessions to familiari}e the participants with practices and the types of equipment they would be dealing with. The train made a visit to Binghamton, where we see it parked on the old DLW westbound station siding.
