After a mile or so hike, what a sight for a railfan - a string of 13 Wisconsin Central Railway 'hi-top' ballast-hoppers resting on the siding. I waited for 2 and a half hours hoping for a southbound CN freight. But the setting was so perfect, I just relaxed and enjoyed the scenery. |
