Mark Carron	General	I have a question about the date of this picture. I have a picture of this unit that Dan Dover took in Sharonville, OH on July 4, 1976. At that time, the small MP lettering on the cab sides and between the chevrons on the nose had not been added. Since the screaming eagle logo was mostly worn off on the right side of the cab at that time, the small MP's were probably added to help identify the owner of this unit. Could the date possibly be 1/1/77?	1/21/2023 7:55:19 PM

Mark Carron	General	Regarding my first comment about the photo date, this unit (and a few other MP GP35/GP35m's) was on lease to Conrail shortly after their start-up. Since Conrail was not in existence on 1/1/76, the date must be in error.	7/8/2025 8:39:20 PM
