| PC Power. Here is a duplicate 35mm color slide of a photo by John Stubblefield that was taken near Maroa, Illinois, on 27 February 1968. Shown here (R to L) is Penn Central Railroad engine #4352 and another unit whose road number is not recorded. Both were built by GM-EMD and rated at 1,500 horsepower each. #4352 was constructed as Pennsylvania Railroad number "9852" in June of 1952 and renumbered "4352" in preparation for the PRR-NYC merger. |
