Chicago. Here is a photo by an unidentified photographer that was taken in Chicago, Illinois, in 1964. Shown here (R to L) are Pennsylvania Railroad engines #9839, #2261, and #5887. All were built by GM-EMD. #9839 is an EFP-15 built in May of 1952 and rated at 1,500 horsepower. #2261 is an EF-25 built in May of 1964 and rated at 2,500 horsepower. And #5887 is an EP-22 built in April of 1950 and rated at 2,250 horsepower. Brad Mann Collection.
