CSS Diner #303, "Duneland" - Chicago, South Shore & South Bend
Fairly nice side view of the Chicago, South Shore & South Bend diner #303, "Duneland", while it was parked in the Burnham, IL yard. This was originally a Canadian National and VIA diner when it was acquired by the Chicago South Shore in the 1980's. It was rebuilt into CSS diner #303 "Duneland and was stored at the Michigan City shops area for years. It's final disposition is currently unknown. This was taken by an unidentified rail fan.
