Buckley. Here is a photo via Harold Buckley, Jr., that was taken in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, in October of 1959. Shown here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #9353, a GS-4 switcher built by General Electric in May of 1949, rated at 380 horsepower, renumbered "9999" in preparation for the PRR-NYC merger, and later leased to the Union Transportation Company in New Jersey.
