Both are former steam locomotive tenders that had been repurposed for Maintenance-of-Way service, but are now on their way to be scrapped at the PRR's Reclamation Plant in Frankstown. Photo taken near the Yard Master's Office, at the very eastern end of South Juniata Street. |
