4th Street. Here is an original photo that I took in Altoona, Pennsylvania, in January of 1961. Shown here (L to R) are Pennsylvania Railroad engines #2026 and #9594. Both are BF-16's built by Baldwin-Lima-Hamilton and rated at 1,600 horsepower each. #2026 was built in April of 1952 and retired in January of 1967, while #9594 was built in April of 1951 and retired in July of 1966. They're about to pass under the 4th Street Footbridge on a caboose hop. Visible at the far left are several passenger cars marshalled for reconditioning in the PRR's Passenger Car Shops behind them.
