Tom Beckett General OIBU and BUOI had the task of working the sidings in places that were too far from terminals for locals to handle the cars. It resulted in them switching places like this, also the feed dealer-I think it was an Agway-in Arkport. I watched BUOI work that siding on a snowy day about the time you saw this effort. Fun watching them tip toe down a sketchy siding to spot the cars. 8/15/2019 3:27:07 AM
