Portraits 3. Here is a steam locomotive portrait by an unidentified photographer that was taken in Columbus, Ohio, on 13 July 1957. Shown here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #9895, an H-10S (2-8-0) "Consolidated" built by the American Locomotive Company during June of 1913 and retired in October of 1957 after 44 years of faithful service. Note that the bell has been removed in preparation for scrapping. (#21 of 33)
