This A-A set is pulling a passenger train through the Tyrone Station on its way to Altoona and points West. The plume of white smoke visible at the right marks the location of the Westvaco paper mill in beautiful downtown Tyrone. Wave to the Fireman! |

Also visible on the right is Gulf, Mobile, & Ohio Railroad's engine #1104, an RS-1 built by the American Locomotive Company in December of 1944, rated at 2,600 horsepower, and retired in April of 1975. |
