After the LSL cleared, the B Job was granted a warrant to go down and work the fertilizer depot south of Jackson Center. These old IORY signs are left in several places where there were once sidings along the right-of-way. The one in Jackson Center happens to be right in the parking lot of an antique store so I was able to finally get a shot with one of the signs! |

After grabbing the remainder of their train at Plastipak, the B Job headed back north for Lima. One shot that I had been waiting to get was a shot of a train passing the elevator from atop the US 33 overpass. Despite it being backlit and long hood forward, I had nothing better to do so I decided to finally get that shot. Turned out pretty well! |

Unfortunately as L73 was coming in, RJ Corman snuck back out and went west toward home base in Celina. I decided it wasnt worth chasing if I was already so far behind so I stayed in the IORY yard, knowing the Lima B Job would be coming back from the north soon. Sure enough, I heard them call DT&I Junction, and set up by the searchlight signal at Bible Road. IORY 2134 is riding solo today, heading back to the yard office at Ford Yard. |
