Delivered to Chesapeake & Ohio as GP38 3865 in November 1967, this locomotive became CSXT 2065 until being removed from the roster. This locomotive was then sent to Paducah, rebuilt into a GP38-2, and entered the GATX lease pool keeping the CSX applied ditch lights. |
