From Staunton, cars can travel to Pleasant Valley, VA. via the Shenandoah Valley RR and exchanged with NS's Chesapeake & Western. Cars are also exchanged in Waynesboro, VA where NS has a small yard along the Roanoke to Hagerstown main. BB 13 is also an Ex-PRLE-KCS GP38-2 rebuilt into a GP38-3 and wears the attractive BB colors. |
