Here is a steam locomotive portrait of Pennsylvania Railroad engine #9974, an H-10S (2-8-0) "Consolidated" built by the American Locomotive Company as number "9788" during July of 1913, renumbered "9974" in 1951, and retired in August of 1957 after 44 years of faithful service.
