Description:  ARR 3002ARR 3002 arrived at Portland & Western RR just last night. It is on lease as substitute power while P&W locomotives are retrofitted with additionah equipment for operating on the commuter rail trackage between Wilsonville and Beaverton, Oregon which will be operational in Fall 2008. In the background is WPRR 1201, recently back on the active roster a few months ago. This image was featured as the Picture of the Week at www.alaskarails.org for February 18 - 24, 2008.
