Description:  To facilitate a more efficient move, the power was changed from CP 2317 to DL 2461 at Tobyhanna, eliminating the need for the Pacific to run backsards with the train on return to Scranton. The unit is right at home here, as it was once an"EL unit, and trod this path routinely.
