Description:  Despite CP running quite a few SOO units on the D&H once they got a few years into their takeover, there were relatively few of the ex MILW "bandit patch" engines seen here. This one has been sold to Helm, and is southbound on a 261 at BX. Today's train has 10 stack platforms and 51 TOFC.

Description:  On Aug 19 1995, a special train was run from Steamtown in Scranton to Syracuse using MILW 261, adding NYSW 142 at Chenango Bridge. Here we see 261 meeting 556 at the south end of Bevier St. As expected, the loon line is out in force.
