At the far left (L to R) are Pennsylvania Railroad engines #8676 and #8665. Visible in the center is PRR engine #8677, an AS-18AM built by ALCo in April of 1958 and rated at 1,800 horsepower. It's coupled to the "eastern" work train and steam-powered crane that are working on the derailed cars and locomotives of the eastbound freight train on the next track over. Visible at the right (L to R) are the two derailed locomotives, PRR engines #5631 and #8890. Both were built by ALCo and rated at 1,000 horsepower each. #5631 is an AS-10AM built in August of 1950 and #8890 is an AS-10 built in December of 1950.
